How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your account, please email us from your registered email address.

We delete your account
Your account will be permanently deleted and all personal data associated with your account will be removed from our systems. This process is completed within 7–14 business days.
What we delete — and what we may keep

- Account profile information
- Login credentials
- App usage data linked to your account
- Any uploaded content associated with your account
Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law, security, or fraud prevention purposes.
